I just purchased one of your products, but my registration code does not work. What’s wrong?

Question: I just purchased one of your products, but when I enter my registration code it says it’s invalid. What’s wrong?

Answer: To active your Inspyder product you must enter your name, email address and registration code EXACTLY as they appear in the confirmation email. If any of these three items is incorrect, the software activation will fail. The registration code ONLY contains numbers and the letters A through F. (There are no upper case “o” or lower case “L” letters in the registration code.)
