When I run Rank Reporter it says “An error occurred while communicating with the server: Unable to connect to the remote server.”

When Rank Reporter first runs it attempts to connect with our servers to download any Search Engine Template updates. If you see this error message, check to make sure you don’t have any firewall or anti-virus software that is blocking Rank Reporter from connecting.

If you have checked your firewall and Rank Reporter is not blocked, please contact technical support for further assistance.
