Where are my project files stored?

Question: Where are my project files stored and how can I move them to a different PC?

Answer: By default, all of our project files and settings are stored in the same location on your PC:

Windows 2000/Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\Inspyder [Product Name]\

Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8:
C:\Users\[Username]\appdata\roaming\Inspyder [Product Name]\

(Remember to replace [Username] with your actual Windows username, and [Product Name] with the Inspyder product you are using.)

To move the files:

1. Exit the Inspyder application you’re using on both PCs.
2. Copy the contents of the settings directory (given above) to the same location on the new PC. Remember to change the ‘username’ portion of the path if your username is different on the second PC.
3. Run the Inspyder application on the second PC, your projects should now appear.
